Some of the companies that Sheila has provided online strategy for include: Avnet, Honeywell, General Motors, FedEx, Restoration Hardware, Profiles International, Esselte Corporation, CoreLink Data Centers, OneNeck IT Services, Grand Canyon University, and many more.

Prior to founding KEO Marketing, she was VP of Media Operations with a New York based youth marketing agency, which helped Fortune 500 clients, including brands like L'Oreal, Helene Curtis, Motorola, Best Buy, and Disney, among others, reach 18-25 year olds through innovative traditional and online programs. She also held senior positions with iCrossing, a leading search and digital marketing agency, served as President of the Phoenix Chapter of the American Marketing Association and was the founding Co-Chair of SEMPO AZ (Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization AZ). She is currently president of the Phoenix Chapter of the Business Marketing Association.

Dave Fish
Creative Director, Technical Director

Dave Fish handles much of the creative and technical development aspects of client engagements. Previously, Dave led the marketing & creative design efforts of a Phoenix-based telecommunications consulting and brokerage firm.

In addition, Dave was responsible for the initial brand development for a New Jersey-based software company within the foodservice/consumer packaged goods space, as well as managing the marketing efforts for a national vending & office coffee distributor. A Colorado native, Dave graduated from the University of Colorado with degrees in marketing and entrepreneurship/new venture development.

Jennifer McQuesten 
Director of SEO, Content Services & Social Media

By employing proven marketing and search engine optimization tactics, Jenn excels in providing quality content and social media strategies for clients. She uses experience from a number of different industries to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of a client’s products or services and translate it into captivating content that will drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.

Previously, Jennifer worked in the marketing division of a $3 billion Fortune 500 company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.

Ryan Grimes 
Director, Business Intelligence & Advertising Operations

Ryan is responsible for client analytics and business intelligence. By developing a deep understanding of client goals, strategy and initiatives Ryan uses both online and offline data to analyze performance and identify opportunities and challenges, which then drive tactical changes and ongoing strategy.

Ryan has a long history in analyzing performance starting with 5 plus years working in Private Client Investment services followed by 5 years working in the Internet Marketing Industry. His nternet Marketing Industry experience includes Analytics Manager for a NY based online marketing agency and 3 years with iCrossing as a Senior Manager of Analytics and Product Manager for proprietary website analytics technology.

Other members of the team have held senior positions with prominent agencies in the US and Europe. All are leaders in their specific disciplines.
